About this event

Part of our free Small Stage Series. Located upstairs at Abbington Senior Living of Layton (350 S 100 W Layton, UT 84041) Alex Elggren (16) is a singer and recording artist from Salt Lake City, Utah. He performs throughout the state as a solo artist and with his country/rock and bluegrass bands. Alex recently released several original songs written and produced in Nashville and has appeared at festivals, restaurants, and concert series across Utah. He has also toured internationally with One Voice Children’s Choir in China, Switzerland, and Japan. Charlotte Tracie (16) started Suzuki lessons on the violin at the age of two with her mother, Ashley, and co-founder of Rocky Mountain Strings, Ramona Stirling. Her early classical training provided a strong foundation for her cross-over to fiddle, allowing her to play a diverse range of genres. From classical to jazz, bluegrass to rock – she loves it all! Charlotte is a member of the Lyceum Philharmonic Orchestra and plays country rock and bluegrass with several bands in Utah. Alex and Charlotte recently toured Portugal and Spain as band members for the American Folk Ensemble. This series is brought to you by Layton R.A.M.P.
