  • A dozen local property owners from Utah and Idaho offered privately held acreage to boost a massive hyperscale data center project — a plan targeting roughly 40,000 acres along Hansel Valley Road on Tuesday, Apr. 28.  The Salt Lake Tribune

  • Gas prices in Utah increased by 20 cents over the past week as Brent crude prices fluctuated amid stalled US-Iran talks — drivers now pay an average of $4.36 per gallon.  FOX 13 News

  • Weber State University announced a bachelor’s degree for occupational therapy assistants starting with 24 students this Fall 2026 at its Ogden campus in the new OTA Pathways Building (simulating hospital, clinic, and home settings) after a $2.5 million investment from the Larry H. and Gail Miller Family Foundation.  Standard-Examiner
