A developer’s water rights request for Eden Crossing in Ogden was rejected in March because it may interfere with existing water rights — experts warn improved measurement methods and rising scarcity will cause more conflicts as new projects advance — and the developer will appeal the decision.

The Ogden Raptors played their baseball home opener at Lindquist Field on May 27 and lost a long game to Yuba-Sutter—players worked hard throughout as fans watched closely.
