- ➤ After a dry summer, a heavy monsoonal storm dropped over two inches on parts of Weber County on Wednesday, Aug. 28th — causing minor flooding and basement water in Ogden. City crews and county emergency management quickly cleaned storm grates and closed a busy intersection on Rulon White Boulevard before reopening it Thursday. Standard-Examiner
