A GasBuddy survey of 160 Ogden stations shows that the average gas price rose by 2.6 cents to $4.29 per gallon as of Monday, Aug.
31 while statewide prices increased 3.4 cents and the national price fell 3.2 cents.

The Utah Department of Health and Human Services released a detailed report on youth suicide that shows the state’s rate remains high with about 32 young lives lost per year and nearly 61% feeling disconnected, prompting recommendations for families, educators and community leaders to help prevent future tragedies.
