- ➤ ICE detained Utah classical violinist John Shin last month in Aurora, Colorado on charges related to a visa overstay and a past impaired driving conviction; he was released on a $25,000 bond Tuesday—his lawyer said his team plans to transfer the case back to Utah for dismissal.
