- ➤ Jim Chew (76) who travels to state fairs nationwide visited the Utah State Fair on Monday and rated it 7 out of 10 after tasting chilaquiles, elote and seeing a butter sculpture at the fairpark (featuring animals and a referee) that runs through Sunday. He left Tuesday to return home early since his wife is scheduled for surgery in early October. The Salt Lake Tribune
