- ➤ The Utah Department of Agriculture and Food announced a Listeria alert on Monday after ready-to-eat pasta meals sold at Walmart and Trader Joe's were linked to 20 illnesses and four deaths, including one in Utah. Consumers must check their freezers and throw out these products to avoid infection — especially those at high risk. FOX 13 News
- ➤ State officials announced that Utahns can now get a COVID-19 vaccine without a prescription because pharmacists are authorized to prescribe and administer the shot—this change follows federal guidelines and will remain until the CDC updates ACIP recommendations. The new guidance aims to ease access and resolve recent ordering issues at pharmacies. FOX 13 News
