- ➤ Trader Joe's will open its sixth Utah store in Riverdale at 4060 S. Riverdale Road on Friday, Oct. 24 at 9 a.m.—a ribbon cutting at 8:55 a.m. will kick off the event, with the company hiring over 70 local employees and planning two more locations soon. The Salt Lake Tribune
CULTURE NEWS
- ➤ An Ogden church was one of 30 sites in America to receive a $100,000 grant to fix and save its historic building — it is the second place of worship in Utah to get this award. The funds will be used to repair its walls, windows, steeple, and other important features, honoring the church’s history since the 1860s. FOX 13 News
