- ➤ Davis County officials at the new Talia’s Event Center on 22 E. 200 South in Clearfield are increasing volunteer shifts for Code Blue nights that help keep people safe when temperatures drop to 18°F. They received 285 volunteer sign-ups so far and plan to add a third volunteer per four-hour shift to support 30 beds as colder weather approaches — officials stress that more volunteers are needed to handle the rising demand.
