Officials dedicated the new Salvation Army’s Ogden Silvercrest Residence—located near downtown Ogden—on Nov.

6, and 25 seniors have moved in so far; the 52-apartment complex offers affordable independent living where residents pay just 30% of their income while federal funds cover the difference. The facility also provides on-site activities to support seniors’ health and social needs.
