Utah’s Department of Commerce’s Division of Consumer Protection and the Attorney General’s Office reached a settlement with Sandoz Inc. in a generic drug antitrust case.
The company will pay $1.52M and must avoid price fixing for five years while eligible consumers may receive direct relief.
