- ➤ Governor Spencer J. Cox has ordered the US and Utah flags to fly at half-staff at all state facilities to honor Memorial Day. - ➤ Gov Spencer Cox declared a drought emergency last Thursday after record warmth and low snowpack dropped reservoir levels to about 70%, opening federal funding for farmers and urging water conservation among homeowners.
