- ➤ The 46th annual Lindquist Family Symphony Pops Concert and Fireworks will take place on Sunday, July 13 at Weber State University with an hour-long concert starting at 9 p.m. and a fireworks display around 10 p.m.—food trucks, free shuttle rides, and limited parking will be available for attendees. - ➤ The 70th Miss Rodeo Utah Pageant will take place during Ogden Pioneer Days Rodeo with events held from July 19 to 24 that include horsemanship rounds, public speaking, interviews and a fashion show. Organizers will honor about 30 former title holders — and the winning contestant will represent Utah at Miss Rodeo America — marking a milestone for the pageant's legacy. Standard-Examiner
- ➤ Today, the Lavender Festival begins at Lavender Apple Farm in Millville and runs through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.—it will feature over 30 local vendors, live music, pony rides, and lavender lemonade while building on last year’s turnout of around 10,000 visitors.
