- ➤ Ogden police arrested 22-year-old Ralfo Gabriel Jr. Guajardo on Saturday morning for firing multiple rounds at a group in an apartment building—officers found seven shell casings and a blood trail that led to his capture, and he now faces felony firearm discharge and prohibited dangerous weapon conduct charges while held without bail.
